Laras Embroidery

Ive just been looking at my good friend Lara Sparks Embroidery website. Im really impressed! (I can just hear her now saying ok dont sound so surprized!!) But really, do have a look. I love the section on her embroidery courses, with photos on how her students have enjoyed their day with her. Well done Lara, your work is always an inspiration to me.

Hen weekend!

I'm off for two nights away to sunny Lyme Regis. I will be taking my sketch book and water colours, and having a nice restful time. There may be a drink or two as it is a hen weekend, but I don't think it will be the kind we have here in Brighton with devils ears and strippers!

The bride to be is Lara who was recently featured in Sew hip magazine, she was spotted by print and pattern and featured on there last week..... Well done Lara!!! that's 2 reasons to celebrate.
