Ive been working on a stripy stone illustration today for istock. Here's a photo of some of my other stones. My Gran used to love polishing the stones she found, she had a special machine. We used to amble on the beach at Frinton collecting nice ones. Now I have her collection. Some of the most shiny ones here were polished by her!

I had forgot about those stone "tumblers" that shined rocks. Yours (and your Gran's) are beautiful. There is something about finding special rocks, isn't there. Beautiful.
